Job Description
The Sales representative’s main mission is to convert as many pharmacies as possible to our eco-friendly packaging. In addition to establishing and maintaining sustainable relationships with clients, they ensure a thorough understanding of client needs and propose solutions that meet expectations. Driven by achieving results, the job holder does everything possible to meet sales and service quality goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the EcoloPharm brand and actively promote our products to pharmacies.
- Give presentations to clients and plan training sessions.
- Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with pharmacy teams.
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure optimal after-sales service.
- Approach new clients through cold calls and in-store visits.
- Work closely with their team to maximize follow-up efficiency.
- Plan territory visits and identify targets that will help meet objectives.
- Enter relevant information into the CRM system and ensure it is kept up-to-date.
- Meet sales targets within prescribed time frames.
- In collaboration with customer service, promptly resolve any client issues.
- Provide headquarters with market information (client needs, issues, interests, competitive landscape, and potential for new product and service development).
- Represent the organization at conferences and other events.

Desired Profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B experience in a similar role
- Results-oriented with proven sales experience
- Available for overnight business travel 25% to 30% of the time
Required Skills
- Experience working with a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
- Knowledge of Office suite software
- Autonomy and strong teamworking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written
