MANUFACTURING Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager coordinates projects related to process optimization, automation, implementation of new production lines, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, a passion for sustainable development, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They work closely with our technicians and actively participate in production operations.

Responibilities

  • Manage projects related to optimization, automation, and implementation of new production lines.
  • Oversee the Factory 4.0 system.
  • Implement and digitize production procedures and performance measures.
  • Support the implementation of a preventive maintenance program.
  • Participate in R&D and the creation of new products.
  • Research new eco-friendly equipment or manufacturing methods that could be integrated at EcoloPharm.
  • Take part in energy efficiency improvement projects.
  • Work closely with technicians.
  • Work directly in the production environment (plant) and participate in production operations.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Operations and Production Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interest in sustainable development.
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molding (an asset).
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
