FAQ
Working at EcoloPharm
Choosing to join an organization has its share of unknowns.
To give you all the tools you need to make an informed decision, we’ve designed a Q&A section specific to the jobs available at EcoloPharm.
How should I prepare for an interview?
As a first step, we encourage you to visit our website to familiarize yourself with our company and our products.
Please feel free to review the job description for the position you have applied for.
Finally, be prepared to present your professional and personal background in a few sentences (we’ll ask you to describe yourself concisely and summarize your skills, as well as what motivates you at work).
We look forward to meeting you!
How long is the hiring process?
For a plant position*
The process takes about a week after the initial telephone interview and consists of one, sometimes two, face-to-face interviews.
During the interview, we take candidates on a tour of the plant to give them an idea of their future working environment.
For administrative positions*
The process generally concludes one to two weeks after the initial telephone interview.
During the hiring period, you will be given a psychometric test, a valuable tool that allows us to:
- Make sure your talents are aligned with the position you’re applying for.
- Provide you with feedback to equip you and help you get to know yourself better.
These tests are carried out by a specialized third party.
Finally, we also schedule a meeting between the candidate and their future work team.
*In all cases, the length of the hiring process can vary depending on a number of factors: whether or not a position is currently open, mutual availability to schedule an interview, etc.
