No. Blister packaging containing PVC or a combination of materials (aluminum foil, plastic compounds or a combination of paper and cardboard) are not recyclable.

In addition, if the detachable cells are not properly identified, they usually end up in the trash.

These factors have been taken into account in the design of the EcoPill to ensure that the end product is highly recyclable.

The EcoPill is made of polypropylene (type 5), a non-toxic, highly recyclable plastic.

Our blister packaging contains 30% recycled plastic, taken from our production line (the EcoPill is the result of a zero-waste manufacturing process, and the raw material recovered is clean, since it never left our production line).

As for bioplastic, we studied this possibility, before concluding that its environmental footprint was higher than that of polypropylene.

Assembling tray: This ergonomic tool with its angled design is used to fill blister packaging in pharmacies with maximum ease and comfort.

It contains additional cells on the sides to facilitate filling and verification. In addition, it features an opening for an adhesive label.

Distribution tray: This accessory is made for institutions and retirement homes who distribute medication to their patients. It can hold 40 doses.
