Plastic Injection Technician (Evening Shift)
Job Summary
The technician ensures the continuity and smooth operation of production activities. This role also includes maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Schedule
- Permanent, full-time position
- Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth continuation of operations
- Prepare material mixtures required for efficient production
- Supply equipment with raw materials
- Assemble and disassemble molds according to the production schedule
- Perform maintenance and upkeep of molds and related equipment
- Conduct necessary mechanical interventions on production equipment
- Validate the quality of produced parts during their shift
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Clean production equipment during shutdowns
- Complete documentation related to interventions when required
- Inform management of any incidents or accidents
- Ensure a fair distribution of workload during the shift
- Coordinate and cover for Packers/Quality Controllers during breaks as needed
