Job description:

We are currently looking for a student position in Accounting.

Under the supervision of the Financial Performance Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Participate in the implantation of a new ERP system.
    • Review, adapt and improve the accounting convention
    • Review products numbers
    • Review of the cost allocation principles
    • Collaborate in the migration of the accounting data
  • Creation of the accounting procedures
    • Accounting complete cycle
    • Billing
    • Process customers payment
    • Register account receivable
    • Recording of supplier invoices
    • Follow up account receivable
    • Prepare suppliers payments
    • Bank reconciliation
    • Preparation of statutory and taxes reports
    • End of month procedures
    • Depreciation
    • Payroll entries
    • Editing of financial statements
  • Possibility (if interested) to participate in data maintenance and the production of strategic Dashboard.
  • Possibility to produce reports for different departments to link them to the accounting system.
  • Probability to improve other projects process and accounting controls

Profile sought:

  • Student in Accounting Technique or Accounting Bachelor;
  • Ability to work independently and within a team;
  • Motivated by using new digital technologies;
  • Rigorous, attention to detail, and critical thinking;
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work conditions:

  • Part time job: 20-25 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Quality Control Coordinator.

Under the Supervision of the Production and Continuous Improvement Supervisor, the Quality Control Coordinator’s responsibilities will be:

  • Perform quality tests determined by our CSA certification protocols
  • Keep track of quality performance
  • Check the quality of finished products
  • Collaborate in implementing continuous improvement measures
  • Ensure the control and distribution of documents
  • Gather, verify and organize quality files
  • Report and manage non-compliance
  • Participate in the implementation of corrective actions
  • Assist trainers in welcoming and training staff
  • Prepare sample kits at the request of customers
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of various continuous improvement projects.

Plastic Injection Technician - Evening

Job description:

We are currently looking for a Plastic Injection Technician.

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor and in collaboration with the Lead Technician, the Plastic Injection Technician’s responsibilities will be:

  • Set-up the molds and put into production,
  • Keep track of production performance,
  • Collaborate in the implementation of optimization measures,
  • Participate in the maintenance of machinery and equipment,
  • Ensure control and stability of product quality,
  • Document, verify and organize production records,
  • Participate in the implementation of corrective actions,
  • Assist the Lead Tech in all technical interventions,
  • Do the dismantling and maintenance of molds and devices,
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of various continuous improvement projects,
  • Collaborate to update the documentation of the various machines and equipment,
  • Participate in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.

Profile sought/Education/Experience:

  • Dynamic, passionate, who wants to change the world for better,
  • DEC (or equivalent) in Plastic Processing Technique (or other combination of training and relevant experience)
  • Having 10 years of experience in plastic injection molding.

Work conditions:

  • Permanent 40 hours a week. Evening shift : 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Salary: to be discussed according to experience
