Internal Sales Representative

Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in EcoloPharm’s growth. They generate and convert new business opportunities within a Canada-wide client portfolio, while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Through proactive prospecting, rigorous follow-up, and personalized support, they directly contribute to sales growth and customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pharmacies to actively promote our eco-designed packaging solutions and increase our market share.
- Identify the needs of potential customers and propose tailored solutions to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the onboarding of new customers: present products and support them through the conversion process.
- Handle post-sale follow-up to maintain a high level of satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
- Achieve — and ideally exceed — targets related to prospecting, conversion, and customer retention.
- Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM to support analysis, forecasting, and planning.
- Participate in targeted calling campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Represent the organization at virtual events or conferences, when required.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives
Required Skills
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Advanced proficiency in French and English to interact with an English-speaking customer base
- Strong autonomy and collaborative skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
