Project Manager, Digital Transformation

Job Description
We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager. This key role is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering the organization’s ambitious digital plan, as well as executing a strategic roadmap aimed at evolving systems, tools, and business processes.
Acting as a true bridge between business needs, users, suppliers, and technological solutions, the incumbent will oversee the full lifecycle of digital projects, from needs analysis to user adoption, while also providing close, service-oriented IT support.
Responsibilities
Digital roadmap management (80%)
- Manage the digital plan
- Lead the execution of the digital roadmap, which includes several strategic transformation projectsPlan, prioritize, and sequence projects
- Analyze business needs and define solutions
- Analyze business processes (administrative and manufacturing)
- Write business requirements and functional specifications
- Select vendors and systems in close collaboration with the executive team
- Coordinate product demonstrations and compare solutions
- Recommend solutions to management
- Implement solutions and manage change
- Coordinate implementations with vendors
- Organize training activities and support users
- Establish and document operating procedures for various systems
IT coordination with external provider (20%)
- Coordinate IT interventions with the external IT service provider
- Maintain a close working relationship with the IT service provider
- Purchase, install, and manage IT hardware

Desired Profile
- Education in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or Business Administration with an IT specialization
- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in an SME environment
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong communication and change management skills
- Bilingual (French and English), essential for documentation
- Project management skills: planning, meeting deadlines, budgeting, and team coordination
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (effectively bridging technical teams and end users)
- Strong problem-solving skills (rigor, autonomy, and ability to quickly diagnose complex issues)
Technical skills
- Systems analysis and modeling: Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications
- Programming languages: Understanding of languages such as Python or Java to develop or customize applications
- Database management: Knowledge of SQL and systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Infrastructure and security: Knowledge of network and server administration, IT security, and cloud solutions
- ERP and management tools: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Business Intelligence tools
