Jean-Philippe is the Director of Sales and Business Development at EcoloPharm.

His role: to support the company’s growth by building lasting relationships with our Canadian clients. Beyond reaching his performance goals, he aims to build partnerships based on trust, a deep understanding of field realities, and long-term value creation.

Known for his human and unifying leadership, his greatest strength lies in his ability to rally others, listen, and transform complex relationships into meaningful alliances. His confident, positive, and caring leadership is a powerful lever for generating positive impact, for both clients and his team.

His canine companion Balou, who occasionally visits us at the office, is also a source of energy and constant good vibes.
