Maryse Bégin

Maryse Bégin is EcoloPharm’s Human Resources Director. A strong advocate for employee well-being, she helps foster a workplace where people and performance move forward together.

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources as well as occupational health and safety, Maryse has built her career across a wide range of settings, including manufacturing, multinational corporations and the non-profit sector.

Known for her authenticity and contagious positive energy, she joined EcoloPharm to better align her personal values with her professional journey. The company’s mission, focused on innovation and the eco-design of pharmaceutical packaging, allows her to contribute to a project that truly makes a difference.

Passionate about art, culture and literature, Maryse is rarely far from a good book. She also regularly shares her office with Henri, her energetic cockapoo, who (of course!) has his very own biography on our website.
