Territory Representative (Quebec City)

Job Description
Reporting to the Director of sales and business development, the Territory Representative, Community Pharmacies is responsible for accelerating EcoloPharm’s commercial growth in the Greater Montreal area by expanding customer relationships, increasing product adoption and strengthening the company’s presence within the community pharmacy channel.
As the face of EcoloPharm in the territory, you develop trusted partnerships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners and pharmacy teams. Through a consultative selling approach, you identify customer needs, recommend value-added solutions and ensure flawless execution of commercial initiatives while providing actionable market intelligence to the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop Strategic Customer Partnerships
- Build long-term relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners and key influencers.
- Understand each customer’s business objectives, workflow and operational needs.
- Position EcoloPharm as a trusted long-term partner rather than a supplier.
- Inform internal teams on pharmacies objectives, meeting outcomes and staff through CRM
Drive Territory Growth
- Develop and execute an annual territory business plan.
- Increase sales, distribution, product utilization within current customer base – 60% of effort
- Prospect, acquire and onboard new pharmacy customers – 40% of effort
- Identify cross-selling and premium product opportunities.
Commercial Execution
- Execute promotional programs and leverage product marketing initiatives.
- Deliver product training and educational sessions.
- Ensure excellent in-store execution and follow-up.
Represent the company
- Represent EcoloPharm at trade shows, professional meetings and educational events.
- Promote the company’s values and reputation throughout the pharmacy community.
Market Intelligence and Cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor competitive activity, pricing, customer needs and emerging trends.
- Provide regular strategic insights to internal teams.
- Work closely with National Account Managers, Customer Service, Marketing and Operations.

Desired profile
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of successful territory sales experience.
- Healthcare, pharmacy or medical products experience is a strong asset.
