This morning, EcoloPham welcomed a “small” addition to its production facility: a fully electric injection press. This addition will quickly increase our production capacity of eco-designed pill bottles.

Thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment and our robotic and automated manufacturing process, we significantly reduce our environmental impact.

In comparison with a standard manufacturing process, in 2022 alone, our production has:

  • Saved 851,543 kWh of electricity
  • Emitted 997 fewer tons of CO2
  • Avoided the use of 263 tons of plastic
  • Refused to use plastic bags during shipment (saving 178,694 bags!)
  • Reduced cardboard consumption by 43 tons

…and we continue our efforts to constantly improve this performance.
